Attorney Joe’Terrious Neal
Joe Neal joined Morton & Gettys in 2019 and has developed broad experience litigating injury, civil, family, and probate matters, as well as cases before the Master-in-Equity. He now focuses his practice on personal injury law, drawing on his diverse litigation background to effectively advocate for injured clients. Joe handles a wide range of personal injury cases, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and more.
Joe’s work has earned recognition from both his peers and his clients. He holds an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also been named a “Top 40 Under 40” attorney by the National Black Lawyers. Joe is highly regarded by those he represents and has been honored as a Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion, an acknowledgment driven by client feedback.
For Joe, representing the injured is personal. He approaches each case with care, diligence, and a commitment to guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. A South Carolina native, Joe earned both his bachelor’s degree and his law degree from the University of South Carolina.
Joe lives in York County with his wife, Kanika, and their daughter, Jyia.
